Macaroons YO!

Tonight was officially wild and crazy! Michael and I were testing out a variation on our tradition macaroon recipe. I think we got it right. They are not to sweet and not too oily, yet still retain that luscious quality that we have come to adore. We were finding that our old recipe was a wee bit too sweet and making us nauseous ( maybe had something to do with the fact that we were eating globs of the stuff ), but still....how can one turn away from a massive bowl of batter just sitting there begging for us to plow into it ? Mmm Mmm...Pure Genius I tell you.
Today was rainy and a bit chilly. I had a casting earlier, but the clothes were a bit too big, as ususal. Hmm. Doesn't seem like modeling is the thing right now. I'm certain that macaroons are a far better use of my time and energy. More people need coconut than a Hugo Boss outfit anyway. Aside from macaroons, what else really matters? LOL! You've got chocolate. You've got vanilla. It's all so innocent.

Ahh, life is great!

PS. What's going on with all of the anti-raw media crap these days? It makes me wanna die laughing at the utter ignorance that these people compile into half truths and exaggerated facts.
